Notification by Email of Comments

Ok, I have a function in place that was notifying myself of when there was a new reply/comment to a Forum thread I started.
I thought the same thing was occuring for everyone else. Like if Chris started a thread in the forums, then when someone replied to it, Chris would get an email about it.
Well that was not happening, only I as the administrator received them. Sorry about that.
The idea for this feature was to let you know if there was a reply to something you might be interested in.
I have found how to implement the function though and will get that on here as soon as I can. People can decide, pick and choose, what threads they desire to be notified of replies or comments.
Ok, I have put a more granular control on watching post of choice for the user.
This is for email notification for Posts/Comments that receive a reply or a new one. Then you will receive an email.
The previous setup did send to everyone, but it only was sent to the Started of the Thread. For example, this thread here was started by me, so anyone replying to it, only I would receive an email notification.
The new watcher is for notifying all parties.
Let's see how this works out.
On the Recipes, you should see a new link that says -- You are not watching this. Click it to say you are Watching it, then email notification will be sent for any comments on that Recipe.
As for the forums here, you should also see a similar link and sentence.
To find your preset setting for Watcher, go to My Account and see My Watched Posts, the new tab at the top.
