Halloween morning Carl and I took a little motorcycle ride while John and Laura watched the girls for us.  The weather was gorgeous.  Then later that afternoon after naps we headed back over to Laura and John's.  Corina and Adrian were lady bugs, I was a bumble bee, Laura was a spider and Carl was an entomologist.  John was on his own as a fisherman.  The plan was to pick up Papa Murphy's pizzas really quick, then take the girls trick or treating at dusk.  Well everyone had that same idea because even though we pre-ordered the pizza we had to wait a long, long, time.  By the time we got back to the house it was all the way dark.  We went up and down their street and the girls did a great job of saying trick or treat!  At first they kept saying it before the people opened the door but then they got the hang of it.  After only a few houses we had to carry their buckets for them because they were too heavy.  At this point they were pretty tired and we were all hungry so we decided to head back.  We cooked and ate the pizzas (and some candy!) and got uncostumed.  The girls were soooo tired at the end of the night but they had a great day.
