I walked into the kitchen and there was a mouse in the middle of the floor.  It looked at me and I looked at it.  Then we both unfroze, screamed (well if a mouse could scream it would have) and ran in opposite directions!

When I was done freaking out I looked everywhere for it but it was gone.  So maybe screaming and running away from mice is a good way to get rid of them...?  I will let the exterminators know.
